Augustine’s Restaurant was recently acknowledged by Food & Wine Magazine as the leading Cork city restaurant in their “Best Restaurant in Munster Top 10”. Open from Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm with availability 7 days a week for private functions, Augustine’s Restaurant is a lifelong dream of Brendan & Carol Cashman. Brendan Cashman is the head chef and patron, while Carol Cashman manages all other aspects of the restaurant with great care and passion. Brendan Cashman has just been named the 2011 Restaurant Association of Ireland "Best Chef in Cork" (March 2011)
Augustine’s Tasting Menu has been hugely successful, providing 6 courses of varied and heavenly food for an irresistible price of €25. It is available from 6pm-9pm Tuesday to Thursday and from 6pm – 7pm on Fridays. A full a la carte menu is available every evening from Tuesday through Saturday (6-10pm). Augustine’s offers a fine dining experience and unique menu that is a genuine taste of Cork and Ireland.
