AUGUSTINE’S RESTAURANT RELOCATES TO NEW 140 SEAT PREMISES AT THE CLARION HOTEL CORK

Augustine’s restaurant in Cork city, opened on Tuesday, 17 November 2009, at the 140 seat restaurant at the Clarion Hotel in the Lapps Quay City Quarter, Cork City. Augustine’s at the Clarion offers their same unique menu with a genuine taste of Cork. The restaurant will be open Tuesday to Saturday from 6pm with availability 7 days a week for private functions.

Brendan Cashman, Augustine’s head chef and owner said “We are delighted to have moved our restaurant from Washington Street to the Clarion. We are fortunate to have a loyal customer base which has grown from strength to strength over the years and we have seen a real demand for us to increase the size of our premises. Therefore, the Clarion offered us the perfect solution – a large unique premises in the heart of the city with our quality food and great service offering a truly memorable dining experience.”

Welcoming Augustine’s Restaurant to the Clarion, Charlie Sheil, General Manager, Clarion Hotel Cork, said “This move is the first of its kind in Cork.
