Oysters Restaurant @ the Clarion Hotel is an independently operated seafood restaurant set within the newly refurbished Ground Floor of the Clarion Hotel and is Cork City’s premier dedicated seafood restaurant.
Recently included into the 2014 Michelin Guide UK & Ireland, Oysters Restaurant is open from 17.30 to 22.00 every Tuesday to Saturday evening.
Head Chef Alex Petit's (recently awarded membership of “Euro Toques”) approach to creating the menu in Oysters is to ensure every aspect of the cuisine created is from locally sourced and seasonal produce from the English Market and Skibbereen, Co Cork.
