We had absolutely fabulous stay at Clarion which was undoubtedly attributed to the help and kindness of your good self and your colleagues. Without hesitation we would together with our families and friends highly recommend the Clarion for any occasion. The booking for the event initially handled by Charlene and it was smoothly handed over to you at what we felt the most crucial time of the preparations. You were a pleasure to deal with, very understanding and accommodating to all queries throughout the planning.
From the booking of our reception to the meal tasting to the reservations of our guest, to the décor of the reception room, the Clarion Hotel blew us away. We met so many staff throughout the day so you will have to forgive me that I can not remember all their names, but their kindness, manor and professionalism has left unforgettable impression on us both.
Michael (the duty manager on the day of our wedding) was excellent to us and our guest. He helped us with the delivering of our cases, wedding cake, wine and all the extras that we had to drop off the day before the wedding. He even ensured that our guest has signed our guest book. To go that extra mile, he had given us his mobile number in case anything arouse on rote to the hotel.
The majority of our family and friends were not familiar with the hotel but it has left memorable impression on them. We heard so many lovely comments from our guests about the staff, the friendliness and kindness had not been experience in any hotel before.
Most importantly from every bride and grooms perspective on their wedding day is the food! We had got great advice on the menu both on deciding stage and again at the tasting. When hosting a large function such as a wedding, it’s hard to please everyone and yet you want to have the menu right. The food was month watering and the portions were more than generous.
Undoubtedly, hosting our wedding at the Clarion Hotel was a dazzling experience for not only us but for our family and friends. So much so, we are still praising the hotel 2 months later.
Annemarie, we would like thank you again for all your help, support and kindness you showed us. For the personnel touch you should us by calling in on the Friday. I do remember that you mentioned that you work Friday mornings only and it was lovely to see you on the day.
